I’ve had this for a few months now and it still looks good. I’ll admit, I was kind of expecting it to be one of those things that looks nice at first just to get you to buy it, then starts falling apart once you’re past the return window, but so far it’s held up well.

I had to return a sheet set a little while back — I think it was last month, or maybe the end of the month before. The whole process was clear, and my refund showed up in about a week. The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that the return label wasn’t super easy to find at first.

I ordered some bedding and I was kind of expecting the color to be a little different in person, because that happens all the time, but it actually matched the photos on the site really well. No weird off shade or surprise tint or anything like that. It looked pretty much exactly how I hoped, so yeah, I’m happy with it

I do like the whole Hill House Home vibe, and the dresses are really cute. But every time I find something I’d maybe be willing to spend the money on, the size or color I want is sold out. I checked back a few times for one dress and still had no luck. So yeah, the stuff looks nice, but for the price, I kind of expected it to be easier to actually buy. Not bad, just a little annoying.

I don’t know if I’m being too picky here, but I was disappointed when this arrived. The fabric itself felt okay, so I wanted to like it, but the stitching just looked off to me. The seams were uneven, and one of the buttons was already loose right out of the package.

The whole thing kind of felt rushed, if that makes sense. Even the hem looked a little crooked, which was hard to ignore. For the price, I really expected better quality, and I feel like most people would probably notice the same issues.

The fabric is soft and not flimsy, the fit was about what I expected, and nothing had that cheap, weird feel some online orders have. I’ve definitely spent more on pieces that weren’t nearly as nice. Shipping was normal too, no drama. Overall I’m happy with it and would order again.

I had a question about my order customer service was Helpful. they explained what was going on and got it fixed without making it feel like a whole big thing. It did take a bit longer to hear back than I was hoping, but overall it was a good experience.

I could be missing something, but based on what I saw, the prices seem high for fairly basic items. I haven’t done a huge comparison or anything, it just didn’t feel like a great value to me

The sizing info also felt weirdly hard to track down. I kept clicking around looking for small details like measurements and fit notes, and it just wasn’t where I expected it to be. Then if I opened a product and hit back, it would dump me at the top of the page instead of where I left off, which sounds minor but gets annoying fast.
Checkout didn’t make me feel much better either. It felt clunky, and little things about the flow made me hesitate instead of feeling confident enough to place the order. I like the products, but the actual website experience was frustrating enough that I gave up.

I do actually like the sheets, they feel nice and all, but trying to exchange them for a different size was just... more hassle than I expected. I’ve bought a few dresses from here now, and the sizing has been really consistent each time. It’s nice not having to second-guess what size to order or worry that one dress will fit totally differently from another. For me, that makes shopping a lot easier, and I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again.
